Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or print-on-demand items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products (for hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned once opened)

How to initiate a return: Contact us at support@kpopuniverse.be with your order number and a description of the issue. Once your return request is approved, send the item back to us. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect its condition before processing the refund.

Refunds: Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Defective or incorrect items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@kpopuniverse.be — we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We are an online-only store and do not operate a physical shop.
