At Kpop Universe, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

The item is damaged upon arrival

The item is defective

The wrong item was received

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selection

Personalized or custom-made items

Sale or promotional items

Items damaged due to improper use

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, a refund will be issued and a new order can be placed.
